Product Introduction
A Separatory Funnel Is A Glass Instrument Used In The Laboratory. There Are Three Types Of Pear-Shaped Separatory Funnels, Spherical Separatory Funnels, And Cylindrical Separatory Funnels. The Pear-Shaped Separatory Funnel Is Mainly Used For Extraction And Separation.

The Separatory Funnel Structure Comprises A Bucket Body And A Bucket Cover Covering The Upper Mouth Of The Bucket Body. A Piston With A Three-Way Structure Is Installed At The Lower Opening Of The Bucket Body, And The Two-Way Connections Of The Piston Are Respectively Connected With The Two Lower Pipes. It Can Make The Experimental Operation Process Easier To Control And Reduce Labor Intensity. When The Amount Of Liquid To Be Separated Is Large, Only Need To Move The Tee Of The Piston To Flow The Two Liquids In The Bucket To The Lower Tube At The Same Time, And It Can Be Completed At One Time Without Changing The Container.

Wide Mouth At The Top: Pear-Shaped Separatory Funnels Usually Have A Wide Mouth At The Top For Easy Pouring Of Mixed Liquids. The Upper Wide Mouth Is Usually Equipped With A Plug Or A Screw Cap To Prevent The Mixed Liquid From Spilling Out.

Separator: The Lower Part Of The Pear-Shaped Separatory Funnel Has A Thinner Channel Called The Separator. Dispensing Ports Usually Have An Adjustable Valve Or Plug That Controls The Speed And Direction Of Liquid Flow.
